I bought a LG washing machine and Beko dryer and I paid for installation and the workers just came to my house and did not install it and left the two machines in the middle of my kitchen. The guy said he would come back in a fews days because he needed an additional part but never came back. I rang curry complaining and they said no1 was booked in to come back and that he should have installed the two items. He lied to me the prick

Saddiqa at Rochdale branch was amazing. I was having difficulty connecting to Creation finance. She rang them for me and after a while my problem was resolved. Excellent customer service from Saddiqa.

I wouldn?t recommend this store to anyone, went in to order a product, was told warehouse are getting it now, another 20 min went by kept being told they are currently looking for product, by now another 20 min went by, the staff member did apologise but told me to keep waiting by checkout, only to keep being told they are looking for product in warehouse, I think I wouldn?t have minded if manager came over to apologise but he kept well out of way or doesn?t he know what?s going on in this store, in the end I told the staff member I was going and walked out, I had been in there nearly 1 hour, certainly wouldn?t recommend this store
