Sick of this particular costa getting my order wrong all the time!! Ordered a maple hazel latte which is meant to come with cream and topping.. got a plaint maple latte?!! Order peach ice tea and I got 3 ice cubes I. The whole cup!!!! Peach ice tea was piping hot- the clue is in the name!!! Staff definitely need more training in n how to brew up!!

Costa - this place is actually located inside odeon cinema, here we have a nice upto date open plan store thats clean and tidy, offering a wide range of drinks both hot and cold. Staff here are great.
4 stars as i beleive this is the worst location for costa as its hidden inside odeon, its not well advertised, nor are there many (i spotted 1) signs so allot of people will not know this gem is here, its not just for cinema goers its open to the public. Itd do better with better signposting around sandbrook park - at the moment people walk past unaware of costas presence.

Coffee didn't taste like Costa beans and hat bits in it. Service and atmosphere was okay.

The manageress is not the friendliest person. She has a very unwelcoming expression. The rest of staff are very nice. Really unhappy that she had to wipe a table for us when took grandchild in. Offered to do it myself but no. Not the first time I have found this. Everyone is allowed a bad day but come on.
