0 star for unprofessional, rude , no manners, worst behaviour and the list goes on for the Rochdale staff members. Shoes caused me injury but didn't offer me any refund but thankfully customer service resolved the issue.i have no idea who hired them as sale persons, they don't know the basic customer service skills,definitely need some classes to trained them again. Won't visit this branch again.

Can't thank the staff enough. My daughter only got her new shoes at the start of the academic year and she came home complaining of blisters already.
The staff at Clarks in Rochdale were fantastic, before just selling us a new pair they did some 'problem solving' to find out the issue.
Unfortunately my little girls feet had grown slightly (width ways!) And the style we had originally bought just weren't the right match anymore. Joanne was great, picking us some new styles to try, really taking the time to ensure the fit was perfect before we left the shop. Would 100% recommend. The patience, the professionalism and way they treated my daughter was above and beyond. Thank you !

Came to this store yesterday to get my little girl measured & buy some school shoes & day to day trainers. We were assisted by Grace. She was so lovely. My little girl is just short of turning 4, and a little reserved, & Grace dealt with this fantastically & gave my little girl a choice of a sticker at the end. Fabulous experience & I'd certainly return x

Don't visit this store they get really awkward when it comes to returns or if you don't like anything. They don't like when you just browse the shop and ask them questions they won't give you the time of day. Depends if your a old woman theyl help you then maybe. Stay away from holly

What a lovely group of staff at this Rochdale store, nothing too much trouble, i had to exchange some shoes bought at the Halifax branch and it was sorted out and ordered for me in no time at all, Helen was the ladies name that stands out in my mind, really pleasant manner, nothing was too much trouble, I shall use this store in future !

Gorgeous service from this branch of Clarks today. I?d booked a fitting for our two little ones and the lady was very attentive and enthusiastic without overwhelming them. She was also very thorough in checking the shoes fitted well, even asking a colleague for a second opinion. Both were brilliant with the kids overall and we left with what we needed. Will definitely come back!

I was dealt with by a member of staff called Holly and she was extremely rude. I caught her staring up and down at us from the moment we entered. She had a terrible attitude towards me and my children. Won't be going there again!

We had reason to visit this shop on Saturday morning we were dreading going because we had a reason to return a pair of shoes. We should not have worried we were served by two ladies who we have nothing but praise for. Their customer service was the best we have ever experienced. They dealt with the problem quickly and politely they are a credit to the store.Can we say thank you to you both you deserve more than the five stars we can give you.

Very very bad staff today 1st February.I brought 4 pair of shoes. But today when I went back after 5 days to return 2 of pair because it hurts my both kids feet from the top, as usual she asked do you want to buy something else or refund I said yes I want refund she asked me do you have a card I said yes she said show me I said ok than she said it?s not signed I said I never signed, than she said we can?t refund it because your debit card is not signed I said it?s my husband ok I will come tomorrow so will you refund it when this card is signed she said No your husband have to come with the card than we will do it. I said why he have to come she said because it?s his card and he have to be here, what rubbish is it??? When I was paying for 4 pair of shoes they didn?t ask for any signed card but when they have to refund money they have to check a sign card and a person who?s name is on it.And when I came out there were an other member lady in the store they both start laughing how rude This is what we call racist.
