I?ve tried to sell my iPad to this place and I?ve been offered reasonable priceWhen I came back after their finishing testing it, they tried to scam me for over £100. When I confronted them about it they?ve said guy input the wrong iPad on the system.I get it. Mistakes happens, but if that was the case where he took the first price from?Very unhappy with their customer service !!!!!

I have been using the store since it opened, never had any issues until recently. I have found the staff to be a bit rude, unprofessional and ignore you when asking a question. It's like some of them don't want to be there or they are taking there personal problems into work, you can spot this a mile off, the way they speak to you and look down at you. Gone are the days when they used to advise you on products. It's like they don't care which is such a shame.

I took a game consul to be sent away for repair. They give an estimate beforehand and let you know if it's any different before going ahead with the repair. Unfortunately it couldn't be fixed so was sent back to the shop for collection. No repair, no fee so I didn't have to pay for anything. I will certainly take future repairs to CEX Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
