“So having being registered disabled for the last 3 years I wasn't eligible for the Motability scheme as I scored one point under the qualifying score to get a car on Motability but when I was reassessed I was finally given the higher rate for Motability meaning I was able to apply for a car on Motability.So me and my Fiancee had a look at alot of different cars and we opted for the brand new Nissan Juke so we headed to the Nissan West Way in Rochdale as I had been in a few times with our daughter who is also on Personal Independence Payment(PIP).And the guy who deals with Motability at Rochdale Nissan West Way Paul(McGinnis) was absolutely fantastic with our daughter so even though we don't live in Rochdale we travelled to Rochdale to see Paul as ae valued his customer service skills etc.So we ordered our Brand New 2024 Nissan Juke and it can take days to weeks to months depending on makes, models, colours, specifications and obviously stock levels etc.We ordered our car on Sunday(24th Of March and we collected it Today(Thursday 28th Of March 2024) at 8:30am, We got a taxi down to the Nissan dealership so me and my Fiancee could travel home together.Paul(Nissan Motability dealer) Greeted us warmly and showed us to our brand new Car and handed us the keys we quickly inspected our beautifully clean, crisp and Immaculate new car.We headed inside the dealership where Paul made us a nice coffee as due to the early start we desperately needed a Coffee, We Dotted the eyes and crossed the T's and as quickly as we entered we were in our brand new car with Paul giving us a demonstration of features on our new car.Honestly can't speak highly enough of Paul and his excellent customer service skills, Paul was polite, Friendly, helpful, excellent product knowledge and honesty we can not praise Paul or Nissan any higher.5☆ Service from Paul and Nissan as a whole.”
