I don't normally visit this B&M but the trellis panels I wanted was out of stock in my local store I was struck by how incredible clean and organise is was I needed some help in the garden centre the staff couldn't do enough to help me, even the member of staff that was cleaning the store was lovely ,I could fit the panels in my car so they offer to store then over night in the garden centre till I got a man and his van to collect them I can't thank the staff enough what an incredible store staff polite,professional, friendly helpful and most of all very kind it was a pleasure to shop there ?

The store was not fully stocked, queue at the tills was huge and staff didn't really notice and left the queues to grow

Never buy an electric product, they didn't refund and exchange any product ever if it's faulty. I waisted my money through this store. Very bad customer service policies.
