I have never had a problem to see someone, and always had an issue resolved the very same day, with the exception of mortgage advice and things like this, but that can easily be booked for the next day. Everything is easy to use, and if you do happen to struggle with anything, the staff always seem happy to help.”

“Good bank, great products. Most of the time they are on hand over the phone to help if I need it, you get the odd member of staff over the phone that is unhelpful. The branch staff members that I had to deal with in this branch, when my Universal Credit back-payment was held by the fraud team, were appalling, rude, unhelpful and unsympathetic with the whole situation. The live chat team in the Barclays app are sometimes helpful but other times they are not helpful and the live chat sessions can close and messages do not display sometimes. I would still recommend them to everyone.”
