Probably one of the worst places for customer service.
Staff on the whole are rude and unhelpful.
Come across as sarcastic.
Much better at Aldi or lidl across the road.

Very convenient for most household items.
I've noticed a disturbing trend in Asda.
Prices marked on the shelves are not always what's charged at checkout. They claim that someone's put the wrong item or the displayed price is actually for another make etc etc. I suspect it's a policy of deception to lure customers into buying the expensive items unwittingly. It's happened too many times to be a mistake or coincidence. Shoppers beware!

Dreadful supermarket! Some staff ought to be sent on customer service courses or learn common courtesy at the very least! After recent experience wouldn?t shop here again even if there wasn?t a supermarket for 10miles!!!

I went to Asda today as I was looking for a couple of old cardboard boxes. The staff (Janine) was very friendly and helpful. A big thanks to her :). She really helped me out.

Awful supermarket with awful staff.
Expect to see several barren shelves, with many items frequently out of stock. The Scan & Go crashes regularly. My biggest bugbear is that some staff are extremely rude to customers, especially the Scan & Go staff. After over 7 years of coming here I've now seen the light; I now take my custom to Tesco just down the road.

I ordered a months worth of tobacco to be delivered Saturday night. Driver arrived and said the order wasn?t on the van, useless! Also said I?d be refunded immediately but wasn?t. Now you?ve got £163.50 of my money which can take 5 days to arrive in my account apparently, and I have no tobacco. Customer lost forever, disgraceful service
