We went for a special occasion to discover a set limited menu. It?s understandable during busy times, but it wasn?t anything special. While the staff are friendly, the service is slow, and it didn?t seem as busy as it was towards the end of our dining experience. We had to ask twice for a coffee, a teaspoon and the bill. The bill took 15 minutes to arrive, and there were extra items we hadn?t ordered. Also, the deposit we paid wasn?t the right one initially. Anyway, it seems like this place has some processes to sort out.

Had a 3 course meal for 2 this afternoon in the Oscars restaurant inside the Red Hall Hotel. Very nice location, free parking and easy to find. Great selection on the fixed 3 course menu, had the Halloumi starter, home made cheese and onion pie for main and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Not too busy, staff were great and informative, had a very enjoyable afternoon with my wife. We will definitely return in the near future.

Visited for an Afternoon tea , requested a veggi one but requested tuna as well. The fafel was the best I've had. Prosecco was good coffee was good but a latte option would be good, lots of choice, and the host offered we could take it home of we didn't finish it.
Host / waiter was friendly and asked if we needed anything else a couple times .Girl on the check in desk was friendly, big smile when we left and a thank you. Looked like they both were happy in their jobs.

Just had the Christmas Lunch with friends. The food was excellent and nicely presented. Service was good and the price very reasonable. A shame it was so quiet - they need to market the venue better. Overall a lovely experience.

Lovely meal and great service. Just one little moan.....one scoop of ice-cream is not enough with the apple and cinnamon crumble!! But all was delicious ?
Good evening out. Quiet at time we went, about 5-7pm. Has disabled parking and access.
Very attentive staff. Millie being one of these. Good portion of food. Already sent friends in the past for rhe afternoon.
Nice music. Might be missed because not a noticeable route.

Food was excellent, we had afternoon tea. All very fresh and tasty. The waiter changed our sandwich selection to suit our palette.
One problem I had was the menu displaying £11 for a bottle of Prosecco. There was no charge displayef per glass. We ordered 2 glasses and was charged £22. I queried this and was advised this was correct. On the website, the menu for afternoon tea is £22.50, and the charge to include a glass of prosecco is only £5 extra, so why was I charged £22? I pointed this out to a waiter, but no refund was provided.
Love the restaurant, but felt upset by such an excessive charge, especially when the wine menu displays a bottle of Prosecco for £11.

Had booked afternoon tea. Restaurant was busy, food was gorgeous, service was excellent and the place had a good vibe.
