Worst service I have ever experienced..I am a disabled person who was treated with total and utter contempt by the staff on Sunday night 12th October at 21:45.All I went for was petrol and a bar of chocolate and the staff in question ,primarily the staff member who had no hair of which there was only 1 of them decided to treat Mr with the prejudice and distain that I have never experienced before...i will therefore be taking my experience and reporting this to the highest possible levels within esso's grounds and I expect your sub par staff member to receive the discipline that the individual deserves.

Older man with glasses and slightly graying beard has made multiple inappropriate comments to me when I?ve been buying petrol such as ?sexy skinny girl?. I have replied ?I don?t like that? and he just laughed it off. Then the other day I went to collect a parcel and he threw it on the desk and said ?take it?, and didn?t say another word to me. Not sure if he recognised me because I said I don?t like that he says that to me but I couldn?t believe how rude he was. I walked away and said thank you loudly and smiled but I purposefully avoid Kirkhams because I don?t like how he speaks to me.

Starbucks latte if you are struggling with jet lag a reprieve in a bit of a desert area. Staff very helpful, thank you!

Nearly always have a positive experience when visiting here, there just the odd one that delivers frosty customer service, shame cause it let's their colleagues down who are friendly a welcoming.

Used to come here a lot but when fuel prices went up they started charging over the odds then when they went down it took them weeks to adjust there prices to the point I have stopped using the place for good and I did not buy just diesel I used to get my papers and other grocery products but not anymore.

Despite being an expensive petrol station, ESSO Kirkhams is great for Subway sandwiches and small snacks should everywhere else be shut, or you live next to it. Not a bad stop after getting off the tram at Bessies for crisps and chocolate on the way home! Quite an extensive range of cold refrigerated drinks and chocolate bars

Don't bother for sending parcels as hit and miss as to if they will accept them. (tell you that courier wont take them if to many)

The guy behind the counter seems to have a problem if you buy a coffee and put a large coffee in a grande cup.He?s been told quite a few times that I do this because it spills all over my car.I buy the coffee every single day and the guy seems to have the same argument every single day.Not sure if he has a bad memory or not but he?s so rude and arrogant.Maybe its time to buy coffee elsewhere.
