I bought a tube lamp and everything was in the packaging but the whole lamp was broken but the motor still worked but the tube was broken and I tried to call them but no one even replied and I tried sending an email do not trust this company

Bought some lights which have proven to be cheap and nasty. Impossible to get support as they think their staff can catch Covid from a phone call so only emails are accepted. Wrong, I've sent them an email from 3 different email addresses and each one has been returned as not on their senders list. One was from gmail. Only option is to send the lights back. Very disappointing, no wonder they've got a poor rating. Go bust, pack up and leave it to a more reputable company to save wasting people's time and effort.

Fast delivery, happy with the costumer service, they replaced my lamp as it was faulty, very quick reply and the lamp looks very expensive.Happy with the lamp!

Poor service, postage paid for next day, no parcel recvd day after, customer services refusing to refund. These guys are a fraud. Stay away from this nonsense. Given phone line not working. Worst I have come across.

Ordered a kitchen shade in green metal, nice product, as expected. Customer service fixed an overnight processing issue. Courier was delayed, but overall a good experience, would use again. Thanks.
