My wife and I revisited the Cedar Tree yesterday. The food was excellent. We were served by Isobel who was attentive and professional . The owner Rachel was as always very welcoming. The ambience was lovely. Phil and Val.

Food was ok . Chips frozen, onion rings over cooked but the cheese pie was the star . Really pleasant bar staff and the cider was bang on . Limited menu but there was a specials board .
Maybe next time will eat before we go and just stick to the cider.

We are a family run business and in March 2022 we will be celebrating 21 years of The Cedar Tree. Going for strength to strength since we opened in 2001. We have won several awards, certificates and maintain fabulous reviews which keep us in the top 5 restaurants to eat on Tripadvisor. The secret to our success is keeping it personal . I run the restaurant and love my job , my husband is head chef and takes pride in producing fabulous fresh food , keeping produce local whenever we can . We employ a loyal hardworking team who all contribute to our achievements. We offer a menu of steaks, burgers, fish, pub classics and more. We have an amazing outside garden area which is very popular in the summer. We are also dog friendly. See you soon x
