Saw the yorkshire pudding wraps advertised on fbook & had to come give them a try. My husband & l came in with our pooch & had a really lovely meal. Staff very considerate confessing to us that our similar order had been served to a neighbouring table & kindly compensated us with a choice of drinks 'on the house'. Delicious meals had by friendly staff. Will come again..

An absolute gem of a pub. Would recommend the pigs in blankets for a tasty pub snack with a pint or two of beer ( very well kept). Relaxed family atmosphere and dog friendly. Owners are great and the staff too - thank you Chloe and Amy for a kind welcome ?

We had our son and daughter in law?s wedding reception in the barn attached to the Stamford Arms a few days ago. The whole event was fantastic. The food was very good (tomato and basil soup, roast chicken dinner and sticky toffee pudding/custard) together with the usual pre meal drinks and Prosecco toasts. The ambience was great and having the whole of the ground floor made access easier for the oldies. The Stamford Arms and landlady Becca made a very special day even better. Highly recommended!

Pet friendly, comfortable bar area and a great selection of food and drinks. The pizzas are awesome. Also there is a really good pool table on the lower floor which is easier to get to from the outside seating area, which is also lovely.
