I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the local bookies, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of a staff member, From the moment I walked in, her attitude was dismissive and rude. She seemed annoyed by basic questions and provided little to no help with my betting inquiries. Her lack of customer service skills and unfriendly demeanor made the entire experience unpleasant.
I expect better from a betting shop and this encounter has certainly made me reconsider my future visits. It's unfortunate that one employee's behavior can tarnish the reputation of an establishment. I hope management takes steps to address this issue to prevent other customers from having similar experiences, avoid at all costs I would rather lose £2.50 than collect it and experience that vile behaviour management need to rethink having staff like HER represent the company never stepping foot in that shop again.
