Called in the cafe yesterday afternoon. The bacon balm was stone cold and the young girl buttering the bread had no gloves on. The girl serving kept making a horrendous noise from behind the counter which spoiled our lunches.

Convenient location, but for a Tesco of this size, it does not have much choice of a stock. It is still our preferred location to shop, but we often have to find what we need elsewhere.

Staff on self serve are argumentative and rude. Had an altercation with a bitter staff member who kept trying to argue with me when I was just trying to scan my shopping and have seen multiple other times where customers have been argued against when they are in the right. As a tesco employee myself I think a manager should speak to their checkout team and remind them that they work in retail and shouldnt speak to their customers like garbage.

Getting worse for staffed tills. One open tonight... going to a shop where staff speak as they serve is turning into history. As companies strive not for the customer, although that is what is used to do the changes. A few basket tills for self service is great... but when 90% of your tills open are self service, that is totally for profit. Tesco used to be the shop that would open another till if it got busy. Now you try everything first to get people to self service, and even more so now to cashless. If you have a self service till, the very least you can do it make it take both.

- quite a big shop so it?s usually got what you need
- usually got a nice selection of flowers at the front of the shop
- there are customer toilets at the front of the shop, as soon as you walk in turn left
- lots of parking spaces
- opposite the clothes department, there?s a section on an isle called ?really useful stuff? and it?s very handy

I was having trouble accessing my clubcard points.I approached customer service to speak to someone.A young man named Daj he was wonderful wonderful he sorted it out for me he was very kind set everything up and showed me how to do it at checkout.It was lovely to speak to a young person who was polite and well mannered.
