I have been a customer of the chemist at Lakeland Court, latterly known as Rowlands Chemist, for more than forty years.
I find the chemist to be professional, helpful and courteous, the staff although at times extremely busy, are always helpful when addressing any queries, questions l may have.

Had my medication (controlled drug,oxycotin) ensure drinks ,delivered to wrong address..the woman driver has clearly lied saying she delivered it to my home,this is not the truth she's a complete liar ,now I'm in severe pain ,I just want my medication sorting out ,it's there fault,medical negligence definitely and I shall be reporting to police as this is a crime as my medication has a controlled drug For they whom delivered to a wrong address and they can't remember what address they delivered too...absolute disgrace this chemist..they had a duty of care for me and didn't act on the endless calls that I made to them on Friday 21 June 2024..disgraceful

This is one of the pharmacy I respect so much, but I am shocked today how an issue was mishandled and not considering the danger to the public.
A customer or patient might have done something thinking that was the right thing but you as a professional should further ensure that thing is put right not to cause further harm to any other person.
Kindly think of end results of your decision before making one?

For my mum I?m writing this. My mum seems to be having to pester the chemist every time to get her medication. She?s been without important meds for over a week. They don?t seem to check the update on the computer often enough to know the doctor has prescribed more medication that mum needs. My mum gets a bit angry with the chemist but this is because she has to miver them for it for over 2 years she gets the same response that it will be delivered tomorrow. Maybe it?s best for a change

Absolutely fantastic pharmacy. All the staff go above and beyond to help in any way they can. They are all so friendly and welcoming even when it?s busy. Recommend this pharmacy to everyone. ?

The staff here directed me to buy other medicines because they have no stock of what i need,and what they sell it to me is more expensive , but when I found out that medicine is not what i need, they are not willing to refund and put all the fault on you.

Wasted 20 minutes walking here (pointless phoning as they never answer) Internet said they were open and I find the place closed. Time to change my pharmacy I think!

Such a shame used to be fab, but its gone downhill fast. Meds messed up, excuses all the time for one thing or another. Gutted coz the staff were nice at one point, dont know what changed? Unfortunately I had to vote with my feet and leave. I now use Lloyd's on cheapside and the service is excellent.

The staff at this pharmacy are amazing they are so polite and helpful and always go the extra mile, you are not treated like a customer you are treated like a friend ;) I have used this pharmacy for years I would never go anywhere else. Thanks to all the staff ?

The staff here are really nice. They understanding my special needs and give me the extra time I need. They help me fill in the forms and talk my through taking my meds. Sometimes I do have to come back the next day to get my prescription but thatâ??s understand that they donâ??t keep special drugs in stock always. Iâ??ve never had a problem returning and find their selection of products good. Prices can be cheaper at other places though, just depends on budgets.
