After the most stressful morning ? my phone just stopped working ? I visited one phone shop and made three separate calls to O2 customer service, all of which were completely unhelpful. I was losing hope until I just went into store assisted by Heather, and honestly, she saved my day!
She not only fixed the issue with my phone but also helped me upgrade to a better plan and at a cheaper rate. Heather was absolutely amazing ? such a lovely, helpful lady. She took the time to listen and genuinely cared about resolving the problem.
She left me feeling reassured that if I ever need help again, she?ll be the first person I go to.

Great experience at this store, although we did visit the Sunday before and it was closed when it stated on the opening times it closed at 4pm/4:30pm.
However, our experience was made even better by Courtney I think she really needs some recognition and praise. So helpful and lovely me and my mum had a great time sat with her, I will definitely be looking out for her to help next time I visit

Wouldn't get a contract or phone from this store you will be told everything is OK but the service is terrible and has been in middleton for over 18 months but the manager Tom keeps saying the mass is going to be fixed as they have just been refurbed the shop so the mass is next But when you ring the call center there saying there is a problem and has been over 18 months and the situation isn't being solved and they have no answer when it's going to be fixed so don't listen to Tom because he's a salesman and will do anything for his commission Just the heads up I left and didn't have to pay a leaving bill of £380 or the phone billing of £52 for the hassle I've had and the misinformation from the store about the situation being fixed as they don't know how long it's going to take to fix the situation

The lad who was on his own near closing time did my simswap right in front of me as i had issues with the website and 30 mins later my sim was up and running

O2 has a good reputation in my eyes, its a shame this specific store lets it down, rude staff, bad advice and a terrible customer experience all round i wont be back here in a hurry.
