After the most stressful morning — my phone just stopped working — I visited one phone shop and made three separate calls to O2 customer service, all of which were completely unhelpful. I was losing hope until I just went into store assisted by Heather, and honestly, she saved my day!
Great experience at this store, although we did visit the Sunday before and it was closed when it stated on the opening times it closed at 4pm/4:30pm.
