This is what they did to my daughter?s hair,it is very noticeably uneven and she is very very upset about this. I will not be taking her here again or recommending it to anyone, the staff was rude and kept stopping to have conversations with one another which wouldn?t be a problem but they kept stopping doing her hair so they could conversate, the sign says £15 for everything then they continued to charge £30 for wash and to get a few inches cut off. Very bad service overall so I would not recommend going here.

Zoe is the best! Shes an amazing and well skilled hairdresser. I would only trust her to colour my hair. I've even gone with long battered extensions and she's made them look like brand new celebrity style ones! She's also super friendly and easy to chat to. 10/10

I have been previously I just get a dry cut as I have psoriasis and a hair dye allergy. My scalp was dry the night before so I put some Hydramol to emulsify my scalp and I washed my hair before going. The lady asked what I wanted I did say short, usually the back and sides are just shaved. The clippers near enough shaved my whole head.. I have been at least 10 times previously the same lady cut my hair before, there is no relationship with this hairdressers. I will not be going back. The worst bit is I gave a £2 tip. I won't be going back.

Zoe is a fantastic hairdresser. Very very professional and remembers how you like your hair from last time. The price is a fraction of what she should charge. I wouldnt go anywhere else now.

I have just been down today and had a cut and blow, I wanted to keep length at the front of my hair and for it to go up shorter at the back.After the wash and cut, she dried it (didn?t notice any heat defence applied) she shown me but I asked for it to be much shorter at the back so she cut some more however it?s not what I had expected at all. Now I have come home to notice how uneven and unblended it is. I am now trying to find another salon who can fix this before I go away on Tuesday. I can?t get over how bad this cut actually is. Will not be returning.

I called in on the off chance of getting an appointment and was seen straight away. The young lady that did my hair was really pleasant and helpful. She did a great job with my hair, i'm very pleased with it. Sorry I forgot to get herName. The salon is lovely, neat and clean. I was planning on getting my hair layered so she said ye I can do that . Then I sat down and she starting cutting it . As I told her just layered .so I just said keep doing what ur doing because I was so annoyed . Then after 2 minutes she was done. Which was supposed to take about 30 minutes. Then she said £18 which I thought was quite expensive for what she did to my hair . Anyway I told her I didn't want a little cut at the bottom . But no she cut it all at the bottom . As I said layered . Anyway I will not be coming back here again . Sorry zoe and Harry

I visited MOOD hair salon today in Middleton.I asked if it was a booking system or if it was a walk in system too.The lady confirmed You can do both which I thought was fantastic.I asked for a wash and curly blow.The lady said ?Yeah yeah come on in we can do that?I had my hair washed by a lovely lady who massaged my head leaving me stress fee. Thinking I?ll definitely come here again.I was then walked over to the chair to have my hair Curly blow dried. As I thought.The lady who washed my hair started drying my hair with the hairdryer and running her fingers through it.Not combed while wet to get all the knots out.I then had a different lady who was talkative and was lovely but I then had my hair brushed by her and meaning (brushed) the brush was wracking my head you know as if you?re brushing a dolls hair as a kid. just yanking it from top to bottom. Hair sore too so I had tears strolling down my cheeks. I honestly Felt as if she was self taught or unqualified or maybe trained in a different way to many other salons I have visited.It really is a shame because I wanted to enjoy my experience.They have a few skills they can brush up on to better themselves as a business.Maybe using a comb while it?s wet to get all the knots out first going from bottom to top. and blow dry in sections with a round brush.I asked for a curly Blow but she said she doesn?t do these but will dry it first then proceed to curl it with straighteners. It did look lovely when it was done but 10 minutes later my hair was straight and frizzy as if I?ve just left it like I do at home and I have naturally curly hair so that?s saying a lot haha.I just feel like everyone has got to start from somewhere but the staff need to make it known they are in training. Or keep up with refresher courses to keep their skills up to date.I feel like I will return to give it 1 more chance and maybe have a cut to determine if it was just a one off and after that see if I would return.At least I?ve had my hair washed now saves me a job but as for the style I?m going to need to sort it before I go out for a meal.I paid £18 one thing I can say is the prices are extremely reasonable. But service shouldn?t reflect on price.Services: Hairstyling

Visited today for a wash and hair cut with some layers cut in. The shop was busy and the staff are extremely hard working. They did a great job and I am happy with the end result. This shop is very good value for money and I would definitely recommend. I will be using again.Services: Blowouts
