If I could give 0 stars I would! Couldn?t enjoy my meal as the burger was moldy, however we had driven off by then and was too far to drive back and complain - absolutely horrendous from McDonald?s Middleton. I believe the hygiene of this place really needs to be assessed. Never again!

Absolutely disgusted with the service 7th Sept 2024 went in at 7.15am ordered a hash brown. Girl who served me looked at Mr like I was dirt gave me my order which was cold gave it back and told her the issue, another member of staff came over and almost threw my original cold order back at me with no words, left the restaurant and threw it in the bin, will not be going back

Clearly said no bacon on wrap and stil got ? workers looks like they are blind they can?t read.
Waited around 15minutes and got this.. i complained to manager straight way as she was standing front but she not even bothered to say sorry and just passed the issue to some other worker..

It was a walk down memory lane for us our grandchildren loved McDonalds. And to be honest we were happy with the food we had and the way we were served very nice people and it was very clean.
Wheelchair accessibility: It was easy to access the site ok.

Had a quarter pounder meal today .chips was raw not cooked and burger was thrown between the bun no cheese no sauce no onions.absolutly vile.wont be visiting here again.?

Could you please stop assigning shifts to Raymond Ng? His working attitude is terrible. He frequently accuses his colleagues on his own YouTube channel and refers to them by their skin color as "BROWN." This behavior is completely racist, and I believe everyone in this country would find it unacceptable.
