The woman who appears to be the manager, is the rudest and most unpleasant person I have yet to meet in a retail outlet, must be the reason for the empty shop, Morrisons, you could do better!

Don?t get your parcels sent there because it?s the second time now that they have not scanned my parcel in and when you go to the shop they tell you to contact the person who sent the item to you, but when you get them to rescan the parcel in the shop hey presto it appears on you phone immediately ?And they still claim it?s your fault or somebody?s else?s fault but not there fault but in Reality the item was never scanned in the first place.

Ordered through Uber eats, item was missing. Rang the store 3 times (put phone down on me) and got reassurance that it will be delivered to me, waited over an hour til the store closes with no redelivery but still charged for item.

Ordered with Uber, items missing but they didn't tell uber and we were still charged for them. Only noticed hours later when I went to get something (I ordered husband put the stuff away we double checked and 2 items were not in the bags)

Little enforcement of COVID distancing rules. Nobody else in there was wearing a face covering. Prices are high and definitely not worth the risk to go in. Staff are unfriendly and condescending and clearly do not care about the wellbeing of their customers
