This is our goto KFC. I have been going to this KFC for the last few years. Once a week for a weekend lunch. Food quality has been significantly improved with the changes they introduced after the pandemic. Well done.

This is the last time going there now just had a bucket for one chips was scraps on the chicken part just 2 wings instead of one of each y can it not be like the prestwich one never had a problem there hope KFC see these reviews and do something about

Would give no stars if I could, paid £25 for 2 banquets delivered, I got a tiny box of popcorn chicken and a dip, Uber blamed the store, the store blamed Uber, staff not interested in sorting it out, AVOID!!!

If I could give minus stars I would, went to drive through today, put our order in was told to park up with about 8 other cars, waited over 15 min, for food asked about our krushem to be told they forgot and they was doing something to the machine and it would be 4 min 15 min later still nothing, our food is getting cold went over to the window and asked what was happening 7 people ignored me, I explained my food was getting cold etc to be laughed at by the kid fixing the machine, I asked the guy who was stood near him ( he was the manager) is that how he likes his staff to respond to his customers for him just look at me like a deer in head lights ( still no response) walked back to car waited another 5 minutes, got home the krushems tasted of chemicals, our meals was cold chicken wings was burnt, did think to go back but then remembered the none response from the manager, I have contacted the council and ombudsman as my main concern is the chemical taste from the krushem god for bid no kids have had them and got poorly

Well what can I say!, first of all over £20 for two burger meals & sides said that I would never eat from here again after my last experience but was in the area hungry so decided to give it another go putting last visit down to it being a one off, how wrong I was food was absolutely s&%£# and that's putting it mildly was thrown together and tasted so bland and not fresh it's nothing like the KFC of old. Girlfriend was so mortified by her burger (zinger) that it was regurgitated and a trip back into the store was in order when she said she wanted to complain some zit faced kid was sent to front of house to resolve the issue but that was never going to wash with medusa who by this point was boiling with anger and demanded an audience with the manager who was hiding in the back after some heated words she was given a refund for her meal with reservations from said manager who said she had eaten 3/4 of her meal, so when she came back and told me what had been said I promptly packed up the rest of my s@#£ parcel and went back inside myself threw it over tho counter informing all that were within an earshot that here is the other missing 3/4 portion of the crap offering, as you can imagine everyone in the store had a little chuckle as I made my exit, and now I will say never again

Worse kentucky I have had. No hot drinks why . Kids meals a disgrace 1 chicken fillet and either a side or chips. For nearly 5 pounds we expect chips as well order not right had to go back and ask for fruit as well. So un happy usually love kentucky. I think the fort at cheetham Hill is the best.Parking: Plenty cause aldi carpark there so not to bad

Worst KFC I have ever been . Chicken so salty ,not possible to eat .chips/fries was actually the only thing without salt . Spend there 20 pounds and the only good thing from there was pepsi ,everything else went to the bin . Avoid that joke place

The food was inedible. Chicken strips were extremely(!) salty and dry. Still burning my throat as I made a mistake and ate one. Popcorn chicken was cold and soggy. Never again.
