Good place to go for vitamins, protein drinks, cod liver oil capsules, herbal teas \\u0026 remedies, whey protein, energy drinks. All sorts of vitamins and supplements that are essential for a healthy lifestyle. Staff are always polite and friendly, very helpful. The interior is very clean. Everything in here is at a relative decent price- Except the whey protein \\u0026 muscle supplements drinks which are £41.99 \\u0026 you can get better \\u0026 cheaper products if you search online. The creatine capsules are a decent price but the whey protein, is expensive \\u0026 way below par. A good place to go other than that.

Holland & Barrett is a large chain of "Health-food" stores, they actually have over 1000 stores across the globe, including stores in the UK, Ireland, UAE, Spain and Malta since being founded in 1920. They have so many stores now, that within 25 miles of me, they actually have 38 of those stores. This store is actually quite small, and they seem to stock a small range of things you would expect to find in a store like this, it isn't like a superstore of any sorts, and just a basic shop, one would basically call in to get essentials, rather than visiting larger stores such as at The Trafford Center. They never seem to have a large amount of staff here, and it often is just the same woman on the till, who seems quite friendly, but they don't seem to get busy enough to even warrant more staff. I'm not into all these Health foods and instead just find them a waste of time in most cases and too expensive, and this store is just a key example of that. They seemed to stock more Food, and hand washes rather than more medication, and the food stocked seemed to taste awful, and the fragrance type items are just expensive and nothing special, it is near enough in between what you would find in a Morrisons and then in your Lush / Body Shop type of shop. This store is okay, albeit it is a little small and merely average, and has not done enough to deserve 3 stars, although it isn't terrible either and definitely deserves two stars.
