Poor experience, I am on the breaks for life scheme, a fitter looked at my brakes last week so booked in for new pads, the fitter looked at the brakes explaining the pads just need changing, I booked it in, took the car today to then receive a phn call saying im not on the brakes for life scheme, I had to then send proof of this? Then I get told it needs new discs also and fluid at a cost of £350? The discs was borderline but within the legal requirements, I explained I will phone back which I did, I asked just for a fluid change and new brake pads fitted, then im being told the brake discs are under the legal requirements so this will effect my Free brake Scheme? Absolute joke, the amount of money I have spent with Halfords over the years and at a cost too, avoid this money making scam and at a cost too, absolute rip off, I will never use halfords again in my lifetime

Been to Halfords Middleton for the first time today for a service that was included in a package when I bought the car. Must say was very impressed with the staff and the service despite all the bad things people told me about it. Very quick service car back within 2 hours and was so impressed I booked my MOT with them in September. Would recommend to everyone

I am very happy with the service. They explained what needed repairing when my car failed its mot and did the repairs very quickly. All staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was kept informed from first minute to picking my car up. The cost of work done was reasonably good.

I recently purchased what was advertised as a pair of new tires Just two weeks after installation, one of the tires just broke after hit the curb . Upon inspection, the tires appeared to have been stored for years, showing signs of aging and wear that should not be present in new products. The service provided was subpar, and I?m deeply frustrated with the lack of quality control. I would not recommend this business and urge others to check the condition of their purchases carefully.

All good. Car booked in online. Turned up 10 minutes early, car took straight in garage wheels off new tyres fitted with no issues. All completed within one hour. Very good service.

Had Service and MOT done here, great set of guys, very good quality work and always explain what they've done and why. Reasonable price too.
I personally wouldn't go anywhere else with my car.
