Really disappointed with quality of service provided by this centre.I have been there twice to fix a minor fault in my car and this still has not been fixed. I had pre booked appointment and this should really take 15 min. They kept my car for over 3 hours to not fix it.

Great customer service being served by a young women behind the till ! I do believe she was the manager, her explanation and breakdown about my MOT was amazing. No other mechanic or representative has ever explained a mot feedback as good as her. Definitely would recommend my female family and friends to this place as I could tell she would definitely be genuine and not take advantage of female customers like other smaller garages do!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Autocentres get a bad rap but I want to mention the very professional service we had when we had our MOT and Service. Chloe on the front desk was attentive to our needs and kept us informed all the way. Drop off and pick up very smooth and at the end some recommendations were made and we felt under no pressure from the team at all.

I was booked in for 2pm on the 13th October to sort an issue with my car. I was booked in by Chloe who had an idea what the problem was and she asked me to wait while they had a quick look to save me walking home. Ten minutes later l was on my way, car sorted and no messing around. A big thank you to Chloe and the mechanic for their brilliant help. I couldn?t praise them enough. Took my car in for a cam belt change and had brilliant service from Chloe who advised on costs and recommendations. Even though the cost of the cam belt change was more than previously quoted by no fault of Halfords, it was explained very well before drop off and I had brilliant communication throughout - was very impressed!

Went for a mot that they failed due to a loose headlight and wanted to charge me £250 to fix it. I did take the car home and fixed it myself they then charged me £14.99 to do a retest to what ive since found out should of been free as i did take the car back the next working day. I contacted halfords regarding this and got totally ignored. I would avoid this place unless you want to be scammed.

I have booked my appointment for 8.30 am and been told on arriving that I should have not been allowed to book an appointment for same day and their website is not working properly (is it my fault?? They should have fixed their website!) After 'offering' me later appointment I explained to them that I have lost one bolt in my exhaust, and, guess what? THEY DONT DO BOLTS ?? I can only guess that this is too difficult for british car mechanics, too complicated to do something so easy any child could do (really if I had a jack I would do it in 5 mins). Slaves of the rules.

I have posted before but just want people to know the 100% service you get . You know what you are paying BEFORE the work and if anything else crops up they call you asap which hasn't happened to me yet in the years I have been coming here. You don't have leave your car at a garage all day. They give you a time to drop off and call you the min its ready and found its always earlier than stated Highly recommended! Best staff too!
