“- quite a big shop so it’s usually got what you need
- usually got a nice selection of flowers at the front of the shop
- there are customer toilets at the front of the shop, as soon as you walk in turn left
- lots of parking spaces
- opposite the clothes department, there’s a section on an isle called “really useful stuff” and it’s very handy”

“Friendly staff, free cash machine, good opening hours. Sometimes (very rarely though) they do have the door locked, usually later on in the day, just have to wait a few seconds for a member of staff to let you in.”

“Thank you Hare and Hounds just been in to book a table for 16 people on Monday 11th December, you had no issues with adding an extra two chairs or numerous chairs to the booking if required, you have no issues if needed to transfer my £80 deposit ( you only needed £20) onto another date if for work commitments resulted in cancelling the 11th booking. a Far cry from the Old Boars head who made the adding of two extra chairs a big deal and only changed their minds after it was pointed out they would be losing a great deal of money on the 11th because I would cancel the whole booking over extra 2 chairs and would not transfer deposits if required, ( I get this because a deposit is that a deposit) however the whole customer service from the Old Boars head was shocking at booking I dread to think what it would be like once seated and food coming out.”

“Quite an impressive range of goods on offer, in a bright & cheerful environment. However, some goods you might expect in a store this size, e.g. wet tissues - are surprisingly unavailable.”

“Always an afternoon bargain here, after 17:30. Has to be a favourite stopping place for UK professional lorry drivers. It would be even better if M&S could own the services outright and run it as a dedicated truck park.”

“It’s a small shop you may not find what you are looking for but fairly enough there is a park space for costumers . However the staff of the shop are mostly upset and they are not willingly to help this is very surprising to me as people in Middleton are happy mostly”
