Enjoyed a meal via deliveroo this evening. Food was tasty and a higher quality than we were expecting. It could have been hotter on delivery, but nonetheless we still enjoyed it. Delivery driver was very polite and friendly. Highly recommend the sharing platter - the rice was delicious!

We ordered from just eat at around 11:30pm for only 2 chicken wraps (nothing added on). The delivery time was scheduled for 12:20am which I thought was ridiculous, I tried to cancel the order but was saying I couldn?t get money back as it said they had already started preparing my order so I thought it may arrive quicker. But by 12:20am there was no update on the order so I decided to ring up for them to say they will be setting off from the restaurant in 10 minutes. I waited until 12:40 as I only live 5 minutes away from the takeaway. I rang them back to hopefully get some helpful update, to find out they hadn?t even set off yet so I am obviously very annoyed. They finally turn up at 12:50am with the two chicken wraps that were cold, inedible and salty. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very hostile and angry towards me and my partner. I have not received any sort of compensation for this situation and would like my money back. I would not recommend ordering food from this takeaway and will not be ordering from there again myself.

Ordered at 2 am right now it's 3:30 am. There is no sign of the order. Called 3 times to the restaurant and getting no positive reply. They are totally non professional people. Staff girl is too rude and even don't know how to treat the customer. Very very poor service and staff attitude. Please Avoid buying food from Chicken cottage Middleton branch. Look like a proper scam, taking money from the public.

Bought food weeks before and paid with card. Came in again to buy food after a 20 minute long drive with hunger only to be told ?cash only? by the woman at the till. No option to pay with card at all. Wasted drive..wasted time..no considerations made. Never coming back here!

I don?t usually give bad reviews but this place needs to be avoided at all costs. The woman that works here is extremely rude and not to mention vulgar. I walked in one time and she was stood on her phone with her finger up her nose. Not to mention the food poisoning I got from here, the chicken tasted funny & few hours later I had cramp and couldn?t stay out the bathroom for a full 13 hours. Was really poorly! Avoid if you want to save yourself food poisoning. Disgusting
