Took a ps5 controller into the middleton arndale store nothing wrong it staff said they needed to test which I didn't have an issue with. After ten minutes when I went back it was clear staff in the store had damaged the l2 button i checked the controller before I left my house and it wasn't like this. I will be taking this further .AVOID IF SELLING STUFF OR KEEP YOUR ITEM IN SIGHT

Absolute shambles of a shop, gone down hill since the oringal two store managers have left! Bunch of con artists, after a very bad experience past couple of times I thought I'd try one last time selling some items, only to get told one price, then on the E-Receipt was given a much lower price.
The website needs updating as the pricing and description is very misleading and not accurate at all. Knowing the original manager(s) this would have never happened before, after some back and forwards chat, and much belittling we had to say that we knew the area manager before they admitted fault of pricing on their end and made up a small difference to us. Be careful when selling and ensure they give you a full break down as they didn't tell us and claimed that it was not necessary for them to give a break down even though we asked when we first booked items in for testing we would like a break down
If anyone from the head office would like to get in touch with me privately to further discuss the situation I would be happy to discuss our issue.
