Just had a really bad experience in there . Boots opticians middleton\\nwe're about 5mins late. When we arrived no body there. Only A female giving treatment to other women.No reception no other worker being polite I and my hus just browsing all the frames. After about 20mins .A lady turns up and said no appointment and kicks us out?! I understand that if we late you skip us but why no one to tell us in advance. What a waste of time! After all that opticians isn?t profession not good! BAD BAD

I popped in 15 minutes before closing with broken glasses to see if they could fix them but unfortunately couldn?t. However, they had the same frames in stock and put my lenses in the new frames and I was on my way with in 15 minutes! Couldn?t thank the ladies enough in there, they was so friendly. Heather, Tash and Trish, absolute life savers!

Sheila Sonia and Izzy managed my eye test and lens fitting brilliantly. Even though I was late. They didn?t rush. It was also the most accurate eye test I?ve ever had. Thanks :)

Very small branch with limited range of frames. Can't comment on optometry, haven't had an appointment there.

I'm a man on a mission, to make Middleton more Yelp friendly, as lets be honest, they is so many places in Middleton not even on Yelp, nevermind reviewed hence when I saw this article for boots I jumped at the chance to review it. They is 2 floors to this Boots store, one is upstairs and an opticians and the other is just your general boots store, previously I have gone into Boots' stores like Croydon and Manchester and been wowed at the size and people handing out free samples but they is none of that here. This Boots' store does not stock alot of products, but is nice for the people of Middleton as we don't need a massive store here, just somewhere to collect prescriptions in the city centre and somewhere that sells a range of soap, non prescription medicines and reading glasses what don't require a prescription. Don't get me wrong, I would love a Boots in Middleton for Croydon but lets be honest Middleton does not have the population or visitors for it and the Middleton centre, since the closure of TESCO is near enough dead. Most soaps and bubble bath here are quite expensive, even when they is an offer on sometimes so I would not recommend coming here unless you have to pick up a prescription in this area, otherwise go to nearby Tesco and get your groceries with your soap, they is even a prescription desk in the Middleton Tesco too! I have been in this store before to get Boots' products but they not be available due to a size, this shop is okay but compared to other Boots' it is like a depleted large square in a shopping centre, so I do feel only 2 stars is right to give this store.
