AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!! I ordered a mobility scooter & a pressure washer was delivered?. And of course no one answers the phone !!! MAJOR CON ARTISTS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. NB. Still absolutely useless. Even after several calls, no mobility scooter & arguing to get over a £400 refund despite loads of empty promises. Even had the nerve to take down all off my customer complaining e mails. AS SAID AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

I went in for Nitro fuel Also battery charger and battery... They seem to stock everything there also Wayne the technical guy was outstanding on his knowledge of the Nitro cars and pointed me in the correct direction to get it up and running again... 5 star to the staff and products ?

Brought an electric bike for my son for xmas (not cheap) item was faulty, kept sending parts for us to fix ourself, didn't fix ,they wanted us to then send for repair 2 weeks before Xmas, so I'd get a repaired bike I paid full price for, and was told couldn't get refund because exceeded 4 week window ,due to the persistent of emails and sending parts for us to fix ourself, so I have a faulty bike to give my son for xmas , disgusting customer service ,reposted to trading standards

The RC car that I bought from Nitrotek, broke after several minutes use!The product was returned to the retailer immediately and a full refund was requested.The retailer used their own engineer to carried out an inspection and his/her report stated that the car had been misused and wasn?t faulty so a full refund wasn?t to be issued.This is completely unacceptable as the product clearly isn?t fit for its intended use and is obviously of unsatisfactory quality and not as described.I wouldn?t recommend buying from this company if this is the quality of products they offer and have adopted this after sales approach which is a completely one sided policy.

Bought 2 cars from Nitrotek, all in all not a great experience. One (£110) was sent out faulty so requested a refund as oppose to the spare part they wanted to send me as a 'good will' gesture? Refused to pay my return postage costs (had to get paypal involved). The other car (£60) just started going round in circles yesterday , although we have had it since Christmas, it's probably the fourth time we have used it! Cant even be bothered contacting them with all the hassle I had with the return of the last one . Would not recommend , would definitely not buy from again. Please take my advice and stay clear. . you'd thank me for it !!

Bought car 10 weeks ago. Batteries are nackered already with very little use. Maybe 4hrs and now they wont charge or hold charge. Not replying to my emails and not answering phone. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. I even set up an account to try and resolve the problem and that didnt work eitherConning company. Be carefull

Great service from these guys, speedy (next day) delivery on rc truck and even when one of the included batteries was faulty, they went above and beyond to make the problem right by sending out replacements as soon as possible. Highly recommended. From my experience I can?t understand why there are so many poor reviews. I will use this shop again when needed.

Been using this company for a while as I have trade account have made well over 80 orders with them and over £18,000 spent. Products are good customer service decent the only thing that lets them down is UPS postal service not taking care of heavy items resulting in damage due to lazy drivers?overall decent company. Had my first refund issued today and had it within 2 hours back in my account as I had made my order with bank transfer someone had to manually sort out the refund and they done it with speed.

I feel compelled to share my story to warn others, especially vulnerable individuals, about the discriminatory, unfair, and downright shady practices exhibited by this company. It is imperative that potential customers stay away from engaging with them, as they have a complete disregard for consumer law and basic ethical standards.From the moment I initiated contact with Nitrotek LTD, it was evident that their sole intention was to exploit and take advantage of disabled and vulnerable people like myself. Their business practices are nothing short of draconian and predatory. They shamelessly try to exploit illegal loopholes, making it nearly impossible for customers to assert their rights or seek refunds for subpar products or services.What's worse is their complete lack of customer service and accountability. Attempting to contact the company for a refund or to address any concerns is an exercise in futility. Their customer service representatives are either non-existent or unhelpful, leaving you stranded with no means of recourse. It's clear that they have no interest in addressing customer complaints or rectifying their own mistakes.Moreover, my experience with them left me questioning their moral compass. 100% agree with all the other reviews. Ordered a "new / refurbished" sccooter as a gift for our daughter and when it arrived it was absolutely filthy, scratched, tyres very worn, and had more than 100 miles on the ODO!!!If they had been honest about the condition of this scooter I would never have bought it - could easily have just bought a 2nd hand one from eBay in better condition for less than half the price!As others have found, dealing with this company was a NIGHTMARE and took more than 3 months and so many emails to get a refund, but even then they did not refund the full amount and retained about £25 for return shipping, even though it's their responsibility to pay for shipping if goods are damaged / faulty / do not match description of what was actually purchased.Highly recommend to avoid at all costs!

Given a generous 1 star to be able to leave a review?. NEVER again will I deal with this company.Ordered a Generator in April. The box arrived in ok condition, so it didn?t give me any cause for concern. But when I did open the box I saw the air box was damaged.I tried to ring the company but was unable to get through, so I resorted to emailing ???..what a waste of time this was. Lots of emails back and forth asking for a refund, as when no air box arrived I had to do a repair only to find many other faults which the company are refusing to acknowledge! Yet their inspector found some faults and supplied an invoice , I assume for us to pay !! At the end of the day I received a faulty Generator and contacted the company and they are refusing to give me my money back??My advise it to take your money elsewhere?

Great company. From ordering to delivery nitrotek kept me informed of my orders progress. Item arrived earlier than expected. Delivery time window was given and i received update emails throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to use nitrotek again and would highly recommend.
