How on earth this restaurant has 5 star reviews is a mystery. We visited for lunch. Not very busy, staff friendly but food was terrible. My companion had a risotto which as Ashe said was bland and lacked flavour. I had a cannelloni it was watery, ingredients were clumped together in lumps and it was bland. We were not offered a desert menu which is a shame as the deserts here are very good, usually! As for value, well it wasn?t dear but for quality and service it was over priced.

Around 15-20 years ago this used to be an excellent restaurant, the food and atmosphere were exceptional and we were regular visitors, however, nothing ever lasts and about 10 years ago it went down hill and we eventually stopped going. Since then we have been back 2 or 3 times, our most recent visit this last week. What can I say, the food was okay without being great, granted the service was good but the atmosphere was underwhelming and I thought the prices were high for what we had, the real kicker being a 10 percent service charge. Did we get value for money, certainly not and we won't be rushing back which is a great shame as we used to love this place but there are other establishments close by that are in our opinion better value.

The pizza did not resemble or taste like authentic Italian cuisine. The dough was similar to a greasy bloomer bread. I?m very disappointed.

Came for a meal lovely service asked the waiter his name dax was a polite young boy made sure we were always happy with our food and very observant on everything we will be returning due to the lovely food and staff.

Went here for lunch today. The food was delicious and a great lunch deal. The pasta dishes were tasty, garlic bread soft and proper chippy chips. Made to feel very welcome with our two toddlers. Would recommend

Absolutely the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Microwaved food that still managed to be cold. Very rude staff and they tried to overcharge me for the experience!!

Brilliant place, but the environment is very noisy so conversation difficult.
