The restaurant is located directly on Piccadilly and scores with friendly and attentive service.
The drinks and food were served quickly.
The "Italian" inspired dishes tasted good, but these dishes have nothing to do with an original Italian pizza or bruscetta. There is a lunch offer consisting of, for example, a starter and a main course, which can save you some money.
The pleasant ambience allows you to relax for a while after a strenuous shopping tour.
The toilets are clean.

Service was very slow from when we were sat to the first visit from a waitress. As soon as we placed our first order I resulted in using the app to order (table has to be open first). No lasagne in stock. Chicken was dry and overcooked. The cheesy potatoes were hard. No check back throughout meal so could not raise issue. There was no condiments on the table. Overall disappointed.

It was a lovely place to go, and my children loved it, but it's not the cheapest place to eat. It was quick, but we did have an issue of getting someone's attention when we wanted to pay. Other than that and the price, it is a nice place and worth a visit.
