I have returned an order to the Birmingham bull ring branch and it's been over 60 days and I have not gotten the refund. Checked with my bank and there was nothing refunded to my credit card.
I have all the names of the customer service reps I've spoken to through their live chat. All the chats and how terribly incompetent they are. They repeat the same thing, that someone is gonna call/email me in 48 hours maximum and no one ever does. I reached out to them here as well and they haven't responded either.

Shopped in Disney springs store and prices that rang up were more than the tag showed and when I reached out they said it doesn?t matter what the tags states said, only how much it rings up?really??? Then spoke with CS and they said ?oh 19.90 is euros?. How does 19.90 convert to over 35 US dollars. Customer service was very rude and said they wouldn?t do anything. Store is 2 hours away to return items at this point. Wont make that mistake again.

Anfang März habe ich eine Online-Bestellung aufgegeben und als Lieferadresse eine Postfiliale angegeben, damit ich mein Paket dort abholen kann. Leider hatte ich Pech, denn einen Tag bevor ich mein Paket abholen wollte, wurden in der Postfiliale mehrere Pakete gestohlen. Der Mitarbeiter vor Ort gab mir das Polizeiliche Aktenzeichen, damit ich es Zara weiterleite, damit sie eine Reklamation bei DHL einreichen können.
Bis jetzt hat Zara mir mehrfach per E-Mail und im Chat geantwortet, dass ich selbst die Beschwerde bei DHL einreichen und meine Rechnung bei Klarna bezahlen muss ? obwohl DHL eindeutig sagt, dass Zara einen Nachforschungsauftrag stellen muss, weil der Haftungsanspruch nur beim Absender liegt.
Zara will nur, dass ich bezahle, ohne eine Lösung anzubieten.
Der Kundenservice ist der schlechteste ? sie wollen nur dein Geld, egal ob du deine Ware erhalten hast oder nicht. Das interessiert sie nicht.
Nie wieder werde ich bei Zara einkaufen!

The shop deceivingly put wrong price tag showing a ?35.99, covering the actually price which is £45.99. At the till the cashier did not tell me the price is different from the tag. Only when I noticed the difference, she is not apologetic and gave no explanation, but asked whether I still want it. I still wanted the item but I told her that what they are doing is wrong. This happened to all clothings of the same type and this is clearly misleading. The ?35.99 price tags are the only visible price tags on the items. She became defensive and said this is not her fault. She called her manager and the manager is even ruder. Funnily she separately said this is not her fault and had no apology. She kept saying the euro price shown is without VAT and that was just BS. I was initially in a good mood of finding a good jacket but after speaking to them two I don?t want the shop to take any of my money. The cashier was grudgingly complaining again during the refund. She is clearly very pissed and of course we too. I think she visibly hated me. The situation could be handled better but clearly they don?t care and don?t have the necessary training.
In conclusion just be careful of the wrong price tags and avoid the shop if you want a nice day shopping.

Put the perfumes and aftershaves away from the tills so you can test and select one without the hassle of getting pushed in a queue and annoying people by spraying, common sense.

Poor service. Long queue,slow service and waited 5 mins at till for a manager to come along and glance at the notes I was paying with. No sorry for having to wait. Disinterested staff

Always overcrowded and busy no matter what time of day.
It?s impossible to find anything you?re looking for, you can?t try anything on as the fitting room queues have gotten ridiculous, same issue with the returns/ exchanges queue.
Staff look exhausted and fed up, and don?t want to help you.
They could really do with moving it to the old M&S unit as it?s really outgrown its current space.

Queues are ridiculous, having one specifically for returns which was over a 40 minute wait and got longer whilst I waited. Whilst other staffed tills were totally empty. Piss poor management. Worst Zara store I?ve visited
