Had purchased an item with my partner. And we were running out of time so couldn?t try it on. We bought it. 1 day later we came to return the item but the cashier had messed up the receipt and gave us a different receipt of the same item and it was a bit of a struggle returning the item. Awkward and absurd. My partner typically spends more than £300 a month at Zara. The manager came and questioned us like we were doing something dodgy? I mean seriously for a £35 item? But nonetheless I get it but. If it?s a cashier fault it?s a cashier fault. Not customer. So Zara, please keep that in mind.

I was sitting one of these things under some t-shirts where they put shoes usually (while my gf was trying on some clothes) and one of the employees comes up to me and She say: Sorry you can?t sit here Me: Where can I sit Her: We don?t have any sofas Me: That?s Amazing Her: Yes! and she left and i got up if she was ironic and laughing would be been less awkward I m not beaming her tho I m blaming the store policy you created a problem and instead of fixing it you come to the customer and say deal with it i don?t care brilliant customer service I applaud you managers

Was after a particular pair of trousers in size M. None on the rack but the most fantastically helpful shopfloor staff went above and beyond to find me the M size. She couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks so much. You're a credit to Zara x

Awful place. The ques were terrible. Waited 15 minutes to get served to be told she was going home and I would have to rejoin the other que. Tried self service till the instructions were rubbish so pressed the help button twice nobody came. The other customers on self service tills were having the same issues.

Great Zara but I lined up after struggling with the self service part as my city doesn?t have it& once I got to the desk the cashier took me round and looked at me like I was the most stupid person ever. Did it for me super sarcastically like ?how can you not do it? kinda thing.
