Recieved poor misleading financial advice from the mortgage advisor... Inexperienced staff. Sent a letter of complaint and they ignored it.

Customer services is non-existent - it is almost as if you were bothering them. Also, the opening times are truly pathetic. Avoid.

what a absolute load of crap had a mortage for 25 year when endowment matured ended up with a 3000 shortfall been paying that off for over a year i still owe them more than the 3 grand shortfall i now owe them even more after i set up a 21 month interest only payment of 114.00 per month turns out they set the wrong term up ive been paying less than the interest on the 3000 they won,t admit they set the wrong mortage up leaving me even more out of pocket the endowment was with same people so thats 2 slaps in the face for the price of of 1 they also forgot to tell me over the 25 year term that i could have paid my mortage +10% monthly feel totally let down m40obb 7 every and i mean every time went in to pay mortage staff were clueless ringing up head office to verify account
