Dear Team,
I have been a loyal customer of Worldwide for nearly four years. Today, I visited your Longsight branch and placed an order for 2 baby chickens and 1 kg of mince. However, I was given 3 baby chickens instead. I paid and returned home, only to realize the order was incorrect.
I went back to the counter and informed the lady there. She asked me to collect the mince from the butcher (Fiaz), who was present at the time. Unfortunately, he began shouting at me in front of other staff members and insulted me. He rudely said, ?If you want it, take it and go away.?
I was extremely disappointed by his behavior and reported the issue to the counter staff. I would kindly request that management provide ethical and customer service training to this staff member. I have witnessed him treating other customers poorly on several occasions as well.
Due to this experience, I am now reconsidering shopping at Worldwide again. I hope you will take appropriate action regarding this complaint.

Not all it seems. Very untrustworthy with hygiene. Witnessed a guy cutting meat and then sneezing over the meat counter and did not wash hands or change gloves. This is way out of order. By your meat elsewhere.
There is a worker there he is not very nice he thinks he owns worldwide and doesn't treat customers very well. 3 times he had an issue with me. The aisles are very tiny you can barely walk in this store also the conveyer belt system on the tills don't work properly and you have to push your own shopping forward. Lost for words

It is a good grocery store I can say but their levelling prices are not accurate. Most of the time I see a price in shelves after I see another price in receipt. It increase price on the receipt. Make feel confused.
It's not good thing. My request is that price all items accurately. Thanks

This place used to be good. Called in and collected some packets of spices which are fine, but also picked up a large bunch of garlic and some loose sweet potato. On getting home I peeled and crushed some garlic for use. Half of the Garlic is discoloured, soft and rotting. Garlic labelled says produce of China. Today, my daughter peeled some sweet potato and it looked very pale, not the colour sweet potato normally is. She placed it in the oven and told me her potato didn't seem right. I went to look and 5 mins into the oven it looks to be covered in some sort of mold. Pictures of the sweet potato included. We also bought two punnets of Strawberrys and on cutting them open half look perished. The Garlic had already been thrown away. Since I live in Hazel Grove in Stockport it's not worth the time and petrol to go for a refund. I'll try and email the business about my experience and see what they say.

I went on shop for shopping, I was very disappointed, no service, no manners, I asked to her for help about price, the she said prices there, even all day these ladies talk family matter, how she was rude, if they live in uk they need to learn how need to live in abroad, they are black sheep, I will never go again and I will complain in local counci about them,

Staff is really rude. They dnt care about regular customers. Say rude stuff to older customers. Me and my familys not going there anymore. Kashco is the best and cheaper than worldwide. And they know how to keep their regulars
