Prescription ready and waiting every time. Hardly ever a queue unlike the last ownership where there were long queues all the time due to lack of organisation.

I went to get a prescription a week ago to be told they had not received it when the gp sent it right infront of me. Then told it's now arrived and turned out part of my prescription was not in stock. Called Monday no answer, called Tuesday answered to agree they would deliver..days gone past and nothing sent. Tried to ring today they answered and put the phone on the counter top and didn't bother to speak. Been ringing for the last hour and phone still engaged. Absolutely disgraceful, they clearly can't be bothered. Staff are also rude specifically the older Indian lady who comes across like you are a total inconvenience. Changing pharmacies and won't be going back!

Entered the pharmacy with 2 women bickering behind the counter. Both ignored me for several minutes, I said hello - the two then proceeded to go completely silent and say nothing to me. After further waiting, one of the women took my prescription and continued to be very short and unpleasant. It was just all rude, unprofessional and very weird.

Before being taken over by wise this pharmacy was amazing,the staff new what they were doing, professional, prescriptions always correct, very friendly and on point. NOW, it's a circus, the new staff don't even have the slightest clue as to why people are not getting their medication. It's a s**t show. They say "oh it's your GP that's made the mistake'. One of the pharmacists is always gossiping she walked to the front of the shop and said" oh I'll have to hear what the gossip is. Instead of sorting out the medication for the general public. It's a disgrace.

Avoid at all cost!!!!!Unorganised dispensary a chaotic mess!!!!!Can't find meds that have been dispensed Paying for scripts and give you short dated meds, that they wont exchange. Just wasted prescription cost because of this because I won't use it in time!!!Daylight theiving muggers!!!!!!!!CHECK THE DATES ON YOUR MEDS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE SHOP. SAVES YOU GETTING MUGGED!!!!

i'm not usually a one star reviewer but idk maybe the owner of this place will see this and do something to improve things here. i don't know if the admin side of things needs updating or the staff need extra training but something needs to be done.this pharmacy has messed up my mum's prescription multiple times. she has anxiety, she shouldn't have to deal with stressing about her medication. her MEDICATION that she kind of needs to CONTINUE LIVING. this is an essential service that a lot of people rely on. you should be able to go to your chemist and feel confident that they know what they're doing.we've asked our gp to send my mum's prescription to a different pharmacy from now on, and if i need any over the counter medication i won't be buying from here. i would advise anyone who might be reading this to do the same.and if the staff of this pharmacy see this: your job is so, so important and you HAVE to strive to DO BETTER. this is people's health and in some cases their life that you're dealing with. if there's a reason you keep losing people's prescriptions, do something to FIX IT.i hope this pharmacy finds a way to improve and deliver the service their customers need.
