You might think the prices are reasonable given it is an airport. They are not. Go to Boots next door and see the difference. My wife spent a small fortune on things with a 200% markup. Sickening.

Traveled Boxing Day 2024 was looking for a book which I couldn?t find so asked a lovely lady who worked there if the book I was looking for was in the store
She went above and beyond to find for me it wasn?t in stock but I come away with another book she recommended which was how not to be strong
I just want to say wish I would of known the lady?s name what a credit and amazing staff member she is thanks so much to her and the book was amazing Thankyou
Manchester Airport may get some rubbish reviews but this lady at wh smith?s is a credit to them one happy customer

3.59 for a bottle of lemonade is not acceptable. This is pure profiteering from the non allowance of liquids at security. You will probably try to justify this because of the rents of your premises, so in that case, manchester airport is complicit in this rip-off. ?

I work at the airport Airside, I visit the T1 Airside store 3 times on my every shift. Today 29/10/2024 roughly between 09.00 to 10.00 and one of the staff was very rude, big headed?..(never seen him before). What a shame

Went here and asked about a book that came out that day, the staff member working ?Will? checked and found they had some in the loading bay- said it would take him 25 minutes to go and get one for me.
Having received below average customer service on my visit to the UK Will definitely made up for it.

I purchased two SIM card of three with package of unlimited Uk texts, 60GB UK 4G data £30 each. My SIM card was activated with the package. But my wife?s sim was not activated with this package. Later when I checked the receipt I found that the package was added totally to different number which doesn?t belong to us.

Went to till, put bottle down and said thanks. Paid and said thank you! The guy at 4:30pm 24th Sept 2023 uttered not one single word. Your customer care is poor.
