Stick to your opening times. Placard outside says opening at 7 on a Sunday. Then don?t turn away customers on with limited time only because you are wiping a small portion of the floor

Tuesday the 10th I came to get a drink while I was grabbing a drink a security man asked followed me watched me like I was a criminal or I was going to nick it or something then I said I leave it as I felt super comfortable then he walked towards me again while I was walking out the shop and kept looking for me once I left like I stole it never felt so uncomfortable and upset and mistreated while grabbing a drink before my train they need to sort this out

Am I going crazy? When I went here, they sold no books, just snacks that you can get at a corner store?? I think perhaps a few magazines and newspapers. I?m confused.

The USB-C wires at this WHSmith are ridiculously overpriced. £25 for God's sake. Honestly, for the extortionate prices they?re asking, they might as well shove these chargers where the sun doesn?t shine. It would probably be more useful there.

Very rude staff I mean u can help with a smile early in the morning. There is no fee from being friendly and nice to everyone.

Very bad service unfortunately. We purchased an O2 sim, after we tried to install it in our phones both did not work. The lady at the counter informed us that she cannot help with those issues, after we went to an 02 store they informed us that we were sold a faulty sim. This is very bad customer service for for 02 and for WH Smith honestly.

The overzealous security guard following me round the store and making me feel like a criminal will stop me visiting ever again. I wouldn't mind but I spent 50 quid in there.
