I use the Well Pharmacy in Elliot Street, Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland next to my Nethertown Surgery. I have found the pharmacy staff more helpful than the surgery itself.
I put this down to the pharmacist named Colin, don't know his surname. What I have noticed is how friendly and helpful everyone is since this lovely chap Colin has been there.
I have had a couple of occasions where I asked for his help and advice and was very impressed.
I know staff change from time to time, but I would hate to see Colin move on elsewhere as it is the first time in a long time that someone has impressed me on such a professional but friendly manner. Please take stock of my comments, it is not often that I take the time to say anything, but I do where it truly merits it.
Thank you

Pharmacy is brilliant, great chemist, try there best to help you, when you can't get your doctor.

Horrendous. They don?t pick up the phone or deliver blister packs to OAPs on time. When you go in to collect t the meds are sat in a basket 2 days after the delivery date and waiting for the pharmacy to check off. Their response was ?we apologise? which is not acceptable. When pensioners need medication delivered by a certain date and are unable to get to the chemist you cannot constantly make these errors.

Appalling service online - ordered prescription 31/8, doctor approved 3/9 and proof of exemption approved 4/9 order has not yet been dispatched - online chat say they?ll check and it?ll be sent asap - I?m without medication and this company could not care less about it 23/9 and still no update yet

Some clowns at this head office have changed Prescription delivery times for their chemists
Every month I go between 3 and 7 days without medication because their driver's only work a few hours a day and keep taking my meds back to the chemist without delivering them
3 times in a row the last few days they have sent text saying delivery today and 3 times failed to show up
Even their own staff are complaining about the delivery drivers failure to deliver medications to patients
Every month my Health takes a hit because of this chemist group
People should start suing them for the damage they are causing patients because they are failing to deliver medication with their stupid delivery rules for drivers

Appalling. Absolutely appalling.I followed the lady salesperson to this outfit and when she was there, she was very good with customers and I thought I would give them a try but the staff are too busy talking to each other and forget about the waiting customers. It takes them a week to process a prescription, So I moved to rival chain, and my prescription is done within 48 hours and that they put the customers first , and not ignore them like the Well Pharmacy. Glad I moved.

Mundesley pharmacy. Staff excellent. Problem with your messaging saying my prescription is ready. It very rarely is due to items being short. I understand that the local staff do not send these messages, who does?.. They have no idea what is actually happening in the real world

My prescription was collected from Dr's surgery yesterday 28/06/24 by your agency driver and after that it vanished! It was not sent to Well pharmacy NEILSTON ROAD PAISLEY which I always use and have done for over 10yrs.
The recepcionist at the surgery tracked my prescription as far as your driver collecting it then nothing.
She then called the chemist who told her over the phone *we have it* only for me to come back up and be told actually we don't! By this time my Dr's surgery was closing and there was nothing further I could do.
I spoke with the pharmacist who was on yesterday 28/06/24 and was told to come in today 29/06/24 and I would be given an emergency supply however I have came into the pharmacy today and it is a different pharmacist here who has stated I cannot get a supply of my pain medication due to them being controlled drugs.
Why wasn't I told this yesterday when the surgery was still open?
What has your driver done with my prescription?
I am disabled, I have muscular myopathy, depression and anxiety and I am now left without my medication for at least 72hrs and will be in pain and weak due to the negligence of your driver and the inability of rotating staff in the pharmacy to talk to one another or put a note on a patients file.
I will now be visiting the out of hours surgery to obtain pain relief and explain to them the predicament this has left me in with ill health already.
Last month my prescription was again collected by your driver and not traced anywhere after the collection.
My surgery had to provide a reprint.
This is unacceptable and you are severely affecting people's health and wellbeing, medication is not accessible to patients and therefore this ultimately lies with Well Pharmacy.
I am requesting this is taken as a formal complaint and I will follow up.
You simply DO NOT CARE about customers/patients you are just a pharma money making company that is not even competent and needs looking into by authorities.

Bideford well chemist is a disgrace the staff are totally useless they don't wear a uniform apart from one member of staff and she is the only helpful person and the shop is a disgrace it's dirty looking and so many shelves are empty so considering it's the only chemist in Bideford town centre something should be done to it ASAP

Staff that work at pharmacy in Poulton le Fylde are excellent but never sufficient staff to cope so waiting and then having to return inevitable . Always feel slightly guilty going to collect prescription causing them more stress.
