Staff that work at pharmacy in Poulton le Fylde are excellent but never sufficient staff to cope so waiting and then having to return inevitable . Always feel slightly guilty going to collect prescription causing them more stress.

Miss leading online flu injections,àllowed to bookup .Arrive at the shop , you then told you have to pay for injection ( age limit as changed .Emailed head office but no intention of changing.Very calculated money maker ,shame on you !!

It is time that money was injected into these shops. Staff are overworked, and in the case of my local on Capesthorne Road, Warrington, staff are disorganised. Everyone says the same thing. Cannot get through on the phone they cut you off.Received my prescription on the 2nd and was still not ready on the 7th.They don't keep staff because of the poor pay.WELL get your act together you are a disgrace

Wells Pharmacy has Managed to "Lose" my Morphine Capsules,,,, So, I Phoned Head Office, Here!!After No Help with Locating the Medication,I was told that it's Not Against the Law to Not Lock the DD in the DD cabinet and the medication is "Here Somewhere..."!!So, I called Again, this Head Office and the person took my Details Again,,, and Still awaiting any kind of reply.....Now,, I have changed to a Closer Pharmacy,,,,but, Still a Wells Pharmacyand they were Short of my Medication,,, (All of the 60mg Zomorph!)Despite my Calling them the Day Before!!This time,,, They'd Given me 60Morphine 5mg tablets, instead of the 28Morphine 5mgs,,,,I sent my carer to collect the medication Owed to me and take Back the Extra medication they'd Given me!!!At 5:55pm he Arrived and the place was CLOSED already!!!I was Trying to Call them by Phone,,, but they kept it ringing,,then hanging Up,,,, until 6pm when the phone rang but timed out!!FFS!!And, Now,,,I Have to Wait Until After the Weekend to get This Sorted Out!!After all this Chaotic BS over Xmas and the Extra Stress incurred by Wells Pharmacy,,,My Stress and Pain levels are Through the Bleeping Roof!!My Apologies to the Office Workers reading this,,,It's Not Your Fault.Management and the Pharmacy Worker's are to Blame for This!!(Had my Carer been able to just Collect the Meds owed to me,,, he'd have been On Time,,,)However the Pharmacy Worker's were Very Genuinely Concerned about Getting Back the other Box of Meds,,, They'd Given me Too Many Of!!Thus he had to come to collect them from mine and was a few minutes before the Closing Time!!Also, I think that this whole Management and Pharmacy Team ought to be retrained to be Competent and possibly sympathetic!!If I could give Zero Stars,I Would!!Incompetent,, Uncaring,, Useless Pharmacy Team!!?????

If I could give a big fat zero for this company believe me I most definitely would! Their service and customer care is absolutely \\\"apaulling!\\\"\\n\\nBeen hanging on the phone for over half an hour now to make a complaint about their other incompitant branch on Broxtowe Lane in Strelley as their rudeness is exactly the same when it comes to serving the poorly general public. No compassion what so ever!\\\"\\nAbsolutely disgusting!\\n\\nLet's see if between us we can get this business off of the radar ??

Well Pharmacies are owned by a Manchester based company. Having read some of the Reviews I conclude that whereas the Head Office staff think\\nhighly of their place of work the CUSTOMERS are far from HAPPY.\\nThe hardworking , cheerfully and consistently helpfull Loughton team are hard pressed. Their phone is consistently tied up making me wonder how they manage to do any dispensing or re stocking the shelves from the multiple large crates and boxes that arrive daily.!!\\n\\nThe new operations manager should get on the case and PRONTO.\\n\\nBEST WISHES TO ALL AT THE SHARP END. WE'VE ALL HEARD ABOUT THE MUSHROOM MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS. \\\" KEEP THEM IN THE DARK AND THROW S***T ON THEM !

my local WELL PHARMACIST in Paignton Corner Place constantly mess up my repeat prescriptions.\\nI am getting worried because in the wrong hands Morphine is a controlled drug which users will pay for on the black market.\\nI get Oral morph and Zomorph every two weeks but so far they have lost 3 prescriptions for Zomorph with no explanation. I am going to raise a complaint with Well Head Office and the Governing body of Chemists.\\nI wouldn't mind but there is 5 staff and 2 Pharmacists working everyday so they have no reason to lose peoples prescriptions .\\nTake my advice and don't use Well chemists use Boots or a non chain chemists.

The Wells pharmacy let me down badly on several occasions!! They were constantly having to order important pain killing medicines, with a promise of next day delivery, which didn't always happen. I have two branches in my town and neither could provide the medicines needed to set up a syringe driver for an end of life Cancer patient. Disgusting, as Boot's fulfilled them on the same day. Shame on you Well Pharmacy!!!

Awful as at December 2022. Two Well pharmacies in Halstead Essex, both in critical state of short staffing and medicine shortages. Average waiting time, standing outside, in Surgery carpark is around 2 hours, often to then be told medication not available, including automatic repeat prescriptions. People will die directly as a result of this breakdown!

Well Chemist Orford Warrington are a disgrace! their Head Office Complaints Department is worse, nearly a year to get my complaint sorted, still waiting for the outcome of the investigation!\\nNeedless to say I have changed my Chemist.

Shocking! My GP sent over a prescription electronically to a branch in Northenden this morning. I went to collect it, only to be told that it had not arrived but, if I gave them my NHS number, they could track it using that. Despite repeatedly telling the pharmacist that I don't know my NHS number off by heart and I don't carry it around with me, she kept asking for it and then looked at me, blankly. I went back to my GP, got the electronic number and my NHS number and took both back to the pharmacy. Not a word of explanation or apology from this joke of an outfit.

Terrible pharmacy used tobe so efficiently run. It's awful now no products and long wait for prescription. Why do computer work when the oy custo.er in the shop is waiting.. custo.er service has disappeared. Worst pharmacy in Ellesmere Port.

Absolutely abysmal\\nTrying to contact this outfit for delivery is a joke, I tried several times over 3 days it either rings out no pick up or they pick up and replace the handset without speaking.\\nWhen I did get through I was told a delivery date for my meds never happened, I called to ask why as I was on my last day of medication conversation with Lee who was not only rude he showed zero empathy to me, he kept repeating it?s a free delivery service\\nI asked who I could complain to he replied your complaint will end on my desk as I?m the manager and area manager!\\nIn the end I braved my anxiety and got them myself, now feeling very ill with all this unnecessary hassle
