Absolutely fantastic. Nadia the girl that treated me was brilliant, I went in to try to get ear wax removed but did not have an appointment, I explained it was making my life a misery and she was so caring and went out of her way to help me. As a result I now have clarity. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

Went above and beyond to sort my prescription out. Had difficulties trying to sort my prescription out but the lady was very knowledgable and find a solution for me that no other pharmacy I had visited could - very happy with the service here.

I have Pre-existing serious medical conditions. I suffer terrible pain. I require strong painkillers. I am supposed to be away over Christmas and New Year so my GP prescribed for me. I rang my pharmacy giving plenty of notice when l arrived for the medications they had not been done they said they were not available yet told me they were. I was so angry. I then had to ask them for my prescription token and start the business of trekking around for pharmacies that might have it in stock. I was messed around lied to all sorts of nonsense. While all this was going on l became very ill and was admitted to hospital for a few days. This nonsense all started on 1 December 2024. Anyway after feeling better l still had to sort the problem. I then went online checked out some more pharmacies came across this one. I noticed how well staffed it is explained to one of the pharmacist what l was going through he said he would check. I waited oh my word ten mins later l had all my meds. I couldn't believe it. I do not know his name but he has a jolly demeanour no messing. Thank you very much you are a life saver. I cannot understand what all the nonsense was for. It physically made me ill requiring hospitalisation. If you
don't like your job etc do something else don't treat people like crap! Again thank you WILMSLOW ROAD PHARMACY.
