Staff were friendly and positive, although there didn't seem to be a young adult book section. Also the cafe didn't have a great selection of cold drinks.

A really nice Waterstones book shop with a good selection of genres and titles. This is a really pleasant spot to spend some time browsing and the prices are really reasonable.

The books in here are plentiful and a selection for all kinds of readers and the staff are very helpful although have a tendency to push you towards books you probably won't like just to make a sale. Other than that a nice place.

Went in for a gift card, nice choice of cards and friendly staff. Didn't wait long to be served . Nice spacious shop with clear signs for different types of books . Lovely atmosphere as you would expect in a book shop

Lovely Waterstones in the arndale shopping center with a cosy cafe in the background. Got ourselves some books and met the most friendly duo at the cafe where we had a delicious breakfast. Great customer service!
