Three of us went for a mid week lunch. We were served really quickly but I was disappointed with my meal - vegatsu. It was so bland that I didn't finish it. It's been a while since I've been to Wagamama and this really put me off.

I always get the same meal here. I went for chicken pad thai with beef buns and a green smoothie!. The service and food was excellent. Never had a bad meal here in all the years!

It was fab! Our server Maddie was fantastic and so friendly learning all about her life in the Philippines. The food was amazing, hot and tasty. There was another male server as well but didn?t catch his name he was very friendly and chatty, he had a complaint from another guest but he was nice to us! Overall lovely meal, servers and quick food. Servers are really nice. We will be back.

I visited Wagamama in the Trafford centre and it was fantastic! I ordered a grilled duck donburi bowl and the flavours were just incredible. It came out hot and fresh and very quickly. The vibe of the restaurant is nice and chilled and the staff are efficient. Overall a wonderful experience I will be recommending it.

You can always rely on Wagamama for a decent meal, it never lets you down! The teriyaki steak soba is my staple! I usually like the meat medium, but this came quite well done! It was still really nice though! Service was good too

Terrible staff and service. Unsanitary. Went to lunch on a not busy Monday 19/06/2023. Just two of us. Ignored at the front, staff could see us and took ages to take us to a table. When they eventually did so and sat us down before leaving and not coming back to take our order for half an hour. Other tables were seated, orders taken and served in that time. When staff did walk past we asked if we could please order and he shrugged us off before we explained how long we were waiting. He said "Ok then". No apologies or even excuses. We sat and waited but even our drinks were not brought to us in 45 mins so we got up and simply left when we saw one member of staff put used silverware back in the pot on the table after rubbing at it with a finger nail. Disgusting, no wonder so many other reviews point to getting sick after eating here. The floor was also grubby with trampled rice. Nice touch that my shoes ate better than me. Will never return, put me off the restaurant chain in general, how vile.

I visited this restaurant with my partner and the service was fairly good. However, they overcharged us for our drinks. When I pointed this out on the receipt, they did quickly rectify it. My meal came out quite a while after my boyfriend?s, but I usually expect this from Wagamama so I didn?t fret about it. I?ve always really enjoyed this particular meal, but it was pretty bland on this occasion and in this particular restaurant. Anyway, we headed home and my god I did not expect what happened next. I don?t suffer with any reflux type conditions, but I started developing some sort of heartburn/acid reflux/indigestion a couple of hours later. The food was sat burning in my chest and would not digest. I went to bed tossing and turning as I couldn?t shake off this uncomfortable feeling. At 2am, I fully woke up being sick followed by full scale food poisoning?all night long. I had to call in sick and felt ill for the duration of the day. I made an official complaint and had a response to say it would be investigated. I provided all the answers to their questions but low and behold?still nothing, hence my review. I don?t like to bad mouth companies for mistakes, but the fact I had to work that day ?back? on a day off just before Christmas and the fact that I wasn?t even worthy of an outcome of the investigation, I?ve been left very disappointed.

Welcome, setting & service was great BUT Both my partner & I have had very uncomfortable & painful stomachs after finishing the meal. I was up in the middle of the night with a very bad stomach & still am in pain & knocked out today. Ate vegan meals. Vegan ribs & rice bowls with salad & tofu. Not spicy. Management I suggest checking double checking cleanliness & if food is not prepared fresh to make sure that it?s heated correctly & not potential bacteria house.

This was my first time at a Wagamamas restaurant. My daughter has been before and convinced me to give it a try. Nice stylish restaurant with open kitchen. We were greeted by friendly staff and seated straight away. The waiter took our ordered and enquired if we had any allergies. We both had a teriyaki dish, daughter had chicken and I had salmon. The food was freshly made and didn?t take very long to arrive. The only niggle was that the dishes didn?t come out at the same time but only a minor thing. The food was hot and very tasty. Easy payment via a QR code and an option to tip at checkout. Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit and will definitely be back.
