Always an amazing experience to this wagamamas. Chloe served us today and she was incredible- very sweet and gave us amazing service we loved her! The food as usual was 10/10 and general atmosphere was great! If i could give it more than 5 stars i would thanks chloe :)

Been here so many times and never had a bad experience. Lovely staff and lovely food, i like the environment and friendly atmosphere. my only dislike to the place is the super steep stairs to enter, but the place and food make up for it.

Lovely waitress, I think her name was Matilda, very attentive and thorough when checking allergies and ensuring food was all okay.

The ramen and noodles are abysmal. Instant noodles taste much better, like Ichiran and even Ajisan. They don't even taste ok. Zero flavour, they are bad. The ramen broth was like dish water. They taste nothing like what they are supposed to. Eating here was a chore. We left most of them. The jucied drinks were good. The fried green veg was ok.

Food was lovely but one dish was delayed, our very efficient server Thandi kept an eye on it and made sure we were okay despite the long wait. Excellent service and the food overall was lovely as always.

Ray my server was excellent and all of the staff are very friendly. The food is amazing and when I phoned afterwards because I had a slight issue with the bill (totally my fault) it was dealt with in a very kind and professional manner.
