I had a terrible experience at the Vodafone store in Trafford Centre, Manchester. The staff member, A-J, was incredibly disrespectful and showed no professionalism whatsoever. He didn't even have the courtesy to offer me a seat, leaving me to stand during our entire interaction. His lack of basic manners and customer service skills was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this store or staff member to anyone.

Do not use vodaphone. I got a contract here and they cancelled my order without telling me. Won't give me a refund in the store and told me to do it myself with customer service line. They don't want to help you and not very friendly. The guy had his finger in his mouth and touched my phone to scroll...it was gross. Poor customer service and even worst phone providers.

I recently had one of the most frustrating and unpleasant experiences at the Vodafone store in the Trafford Centre. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement.
When I first walked in, I was hopeful for some assistance with a pressing issue regarding my account. However, from the moment I stepped foot into the store, I felt utterly invisible. Despite there being multiple staff members present, not a single one of them acknowledged me or even so much as looked my way.
I stood there awkwardly, waiting for someone to greet me or offer help, but instead, the staff seemed entirely preoccupied with themselves. They were laughing and chatting amongst each other, completely ignoring the customers in the store. It was as if I was inconveniencing them just by being there, like my presence was interrupting their personal catch-up session.
When I finally mustered the courage to approach one of the staff members, I was met with a dismissive look and a half-hearted, ?We?ll be with you in a minute.? That ?minute? turned into ten, then fifteen, with absolutely no update or follow-up. Meanwhile, I could still hear them gossiping and laughing behind the counter, as though they were on a coffee break instead of at work.
Eventually, someone did come over, but their attitude was lacklustre at best. They didn?t seem interested in actually helping me solve my issue and gave me vague, unhelpful responses to my questions. I felt like I was being rushed through just so they could get back to their conversation with their colleagues. To make matters worse, they didn?t even solve my problem, and I left the store feeling more confused and frustrated than when I arrived.
This entire experience was nothing short of appalling. Vodafone claims to prioritize customer service, but this store clearly missed the memo. The staff need a serious lesson in professionalism and basic courtesy. I didn?t walk in to be ignored, dismissed, or made to feel like a nuisance. I came for help, and I left with nothing but disappointment and wasted time.
If this is the kind of service Vodafone thinks is acceptable, then they seriously need to reevaluate their training and standards. I will think twice before stepping foot in this store again, and I would caution others to do the same unless they want to be treated like they don?t matter.

An absolute appalling experience, first of all the staff members who work the evening shift need to be retrained in customer service. They will walk by you and blatantly ignore you. Have you wait ridiculous wait times exceeding 45mins+. They also have 1 member of staff on the shop floor, who was busy with a customer. while the other 2 members of staff (during the time I visited) went in and out of their back room multiple times.

I went to the Trafford Centre for the first time and didn?t know where the toilets were. While I was looking around, I noticed the Vodafone staff just standing there with no customers, so I asked them for directions, hoping they?d help. But they completely ignored me, didn?t listen, and were downright rude. It was such a bad experience for me?I honestly thought they?d be trained for this sort of thing, but they clearly don?t even know how to handle basic manners.

My experience with this store was very disappointing. I recently intended to make a purchase here, but the staff?s behavior was completely unprofessional, with no sense of customer service at all. When I asked questions about the services, not only were they unhelpful, but they were also rude and impolite. This experience changed my mind about buying from Vodafone, and I will not be returning to this store in the future. This kind of attitude is not acceptable for a reputable brand.

My partner and I recently visited this establishment to address an issue with our contract. Initially, the staff seemed willing to engage with us. However, as soon as it became apparent that the problem stemmed from their own error and lack of professionalism, their attitude shifted dramatically. Instead of taking accountability or attempting to resolve the matter, they chose to ignore us entirely. And when we asked them to solve our issue and not leaving us in such a bad and stupid way , one of them was about to attack us !!!!and his colleagues stopped him. such a behaviour which not acceptable any where.(however we recorded a video of him for our safety ).
What was particularly disappointing was the overtly dismissive and disrespectful manner in which we were treated. We were interrupted mid-conversation, our concerns were blatantly brushed off, and we were left feeling undervalued and unheard. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any professional setting, let alone in one where customers rely on trust and integrity.
It's unfortunate to see a lack of basic courtesy and responsibility from a business that should prioritize client satisfaction. I would strongly recommend others exercise caution before engaging with them, as their approach to handling issues is both unprofessional and disrespectful.
