Quite poor customer service at this store. Staff (including the manager) are apathetic and seem to lack initiative and basic etiquette. It costs nothing to be kind and talk to people respectfully. If you want a good service, the Arndale / Trafford Centre stores are much better.

Really poor service, just after my money for my appointment. Before I had my appointment I stated I wanted contacts for my birthday, (a special birthday, 50th and going to New York.) No mention I would need a special appotment. Just wanted my money for the check up, with an I don?t care attitude. I?m booked in at spec savers for Tuesday. Save you money, go else where!

Oliver & Veronica we?re both extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a great experience doing something that feels very much like life admin. I?d highly recommend anyone that needs to get an eye test or sort out new glasses etc to visit this shop.

Bazla is the best from the team !I visited Vision Express in Old Traffird Manchester ,inside of Tesco Extra ,couple of months ago . I had emergency as I needed to replace my broken glass frame before to rush for work . Bazla is the girl who really took my problem as her own personal and tried her best to find me the same Vouge frame. Thanks to her my day wasn?t ruined and I was able to see the world around me lol .She really saved my day and she even signed me for insurance of my glasses.

I had a re test at Vision Express and the whole experience was amazing from entering the store to the final phase of making sure my new glasses were the perfect fit.

Have been to collect my new glasses (which only took 7 days)? have had lovely eye exam from the optometrist then to be passed over to Deb lovely and very helpful told me about the difference between lenses and the index of them , my husband(dose not do reviews) has also been and he seen a chap called Oliver very well knows what is what nice guy not to pushie

Basic eye test not conducted properly. At least should have checked vision 6/18 6/12 6/9 or 6/6 is correct for my kid.

Very good service much better than other opticians I've been to. Handy too being in Tesco. Charming staff so very helpful just give them a visit and see

Awful service, took multiple efforts to get a simple instruction understood. Closed on Mondays!? Who closes on a Monday?? I wouldn?t even give this store 1 star tbh!

Lovely and helpful staff. Had initial consultation with one chap who was dead friendly. The optometrist was so super nice, she was great to deal with and the final sales chap I think Oliver was really nice and helped me with my choices. Probably spent more than I should have, but oh well have to keep the eyes healthy. They also gave me a free trial for contacts, so excited to have a tutorial on those to see if it is something for me. Thanks.

Awful services. Maybe I was the last one of the day for eye test. The lady seems rushing on everything. The optician was ok. It was just the sales lady seemed to be off work earlier but somehow I made her not being off early as I needed to choose the glasses after the eye test. She seemed very annoyed for any questions I asked. She was out of knowledge when I asked about the lenses. Also, she was not being able in calculations. Luckily I was clear otherwise I would be over charged a lot by her. She is totally incompetence for this job.

Amazing customer service! As soon as I walked I literally didn't have to wait a single second, they took me straight through. And the lady who helped pick out my glasses and took payment was so patient specially when my little toddler who was being slightly wild around the store.
