Booked my appointment and received text and email confirmation that it had been confirmed.Arrived on the day of my appointment to be met by two members of staff sat in a side office who without any word of an apology informed me my appointment was cancelled as no optometrist was available.Was told they had tried to phone which they had at 9.30 the previous morning) and they had left a voicemail (which they hadn't) and sent an email (which again they hadn't), when I pointed out one phone call from a number that I didn't know in working hours was not adequate notification without at least a voicemail they again insisted that one was left as well as an email. I gave up arguining with the poor attitude I was getting at that point and informed them I would take my business elsewhere after spending many hundreds here over the years.Also pointed out that the make want to remove the sign from out the front of the store saying appointments are available today.Really what's the point of paying two members of staff to sit on a computer all day if you can't do eye tests.

I can't fault the eye test itself or the lady who did it. She explained everything and informed me of the results. However, the ones that "help" you afterwards to choose your glasses and advise you were a total waste of time and lacked any customer service skills whatever. I took my prescription elsewhere and was much happier with the service and assistance that I received

Staff very polite, however, I was told my glasses would be ready in 10 days at most. My order was put in 02/07/22. I am now informed that they won't be ready until 23/07/22 to 26/07/22. Sorry but this service is very poor to say the least.

Terrible!Waited two weeks for an appointment only to be called on the day to be told it had been cancelled. They said they had messaged me which they hadn't.Tried to book for the following week but no convenient appointments.Complete waste of my time and absolutely lacklustre staff..Go somewhere else!
