This is the second time I have had the most horrible experience as a customer. in 2021 I came for first time to change my glasses and I got sold varifocal glasses, nearly 3 times more expensive that the standard glasses £315.50, and it was using my own frames. After 2-3 weeks I returned asking to change it as the varifocal make my vision tired as there is not focus on the both sides' vision. Now this Saturday 2nd september 2023 I came for test and glasses change again. There was a young lady that wasted my time for 3 hours as she forgot the password in the system, then changed the prices of the chosen frames twice she changed the price (writing with a pen) from £85 to £99 on the product?s tag, at the end I have accepted to go with one frame for £85 and the second one for £99. As she had problems in the system and could not complete my credit pass, then I accept to pay all the money for the first frame and eye test and the lady said that the price of the frame is £99. Off course I paid just the test and left the place. Very disappointed as Vision Express do not care about the client.

So bad service , we are an asylum seekers have and HC2 free form we have been there but they charged me for glasses and for the test as well, we have money only for food it?s not enough to pay for glasses i?m not happy with them and I feel disappointed because we only had this amount if money which they charged us.

I went to the Tesco Gorton branch of Vision Express yesterday and just wanted to leave some feedback as I am still smiling from the wonderful customer service provided by Agata. She was so friendly and professional. She dealt with my querie promptly and efficiently and I was really impressed. I have been going to this branch for years and will continue to do so. Thank you again, Agata. You are a credit to your company.

I was disappointed that I never got any feedback from my eye test, I paid an extra £10 for a full eye test, they did all the tests but nobody bothered to tell me the outcome at the end of it? To explain my overall eye condition, I was just given a prescription for reading glasses and asked if I wanted to look at glasses.

I am an OAP and had an eye test last February, & have just decided to try glasses with a varifocal lense, however my prescription is missing the PD - I made a special trip to the optician to see if he could provide this - well all I can say is the lack of customer service skills is absolutely appalling- Totally unhelpful the optometrist advised they are under no legal obligation to supply on a prescription even though its on my husbands from the same optician, and would only provide it if I was to purchase from them! Disgusting!You have now lost any further sales you may have had and VISION EXPRESS YOUR TRAINING SYSTEMS NEED REVIEWED, - I was happy to pay for the measurement
