Great selection of men's, women's and unisex clothing, also homewares, books, vinyl etc. Own UO brand plus brand names such as Carhaart, Levi etc. Store is set over 3 floors. Ground level easily accessible and there is a small lift to other floors. However, store is very cluttered with racks clothes that are too close together so impossible to navigate around in wheelchair, especially when it's busy..

The queue for the changing rooms was ridiculous (on a Tuesday afternoon, so not even the weekend), so we put everything back that we'd wanted to try on, and left

Queue for the fitting room was insane. Lady on the till was so rude. I've worked in shops I know how it feels but she was just plain rude. Honestly the way I was spoken too was disgusting :(

Refusing to open half the fitting rooms because they say not enough staff. Long queue times. Couldn't care less attitude don't deserve the business.

OMG ! 25 min wait at the fitting room when the fitting rooms are quite clearly all open and empty upstairs!!! Why not open them!! Then I go to the empty till point upstairs where a member of staff is at the till who sends me downstairs to a massive queue again !!!Nearly 45mins to buy two tops . Painful !!!

Making customers wait 20 minutes to use a fitting room whilst there was 6 empty ones on the floor above I could directly see is not good customer service. Not even a ?thank you for waiting?. A lot of the staff look like teenagers that need more training on customer service as it was seriously lacking on my trip today.
