Excellent helpful staff again. Had gait analysis and really useful advice. The team there were brilliant at offering options, not just with me but several people before me. Despite a very busy shop, they kept everyone informed and looked after promptly. Unfortunately, they didn?t have the shoes that were recommended in black, so I couldn?t make a purchase at the shop but they did have them on the website which I?ve ordered today. I would highly recommend the shop to anyone and the two person team there today (Sunday 11th Feb) were a testament to the brand, I hope it?s recognised!

they were extremely helpful in finding me a running shoe that suited my running style. free gait analysis was useful and informative, and the staff gave honest opinions and recommendations allowing me to find the best shoe to suit my needs. tom was so helpful in answering all my questions and very knowledgeable about the different brands and styles and their respective advantages/disadvantages. being able to test out the shoes on the treadmill before buying was very helpful. so happy with my new running shoes - highly recommend!!

Lovely team in this shop, really friendly. After being let down for a gait analysis that I had to book elsewhere, these guys let me walk in and have one done immediately. Brought out a range of trainers for me to try and talked me through the process! Would highly recommend to others

Would like to give a big thanks to Tom at the Manchester store today. Popped in for a free gait analysis, I was welcomed in straight away and Tom was very friendly. I?ve been involved in fitness for a good while now but when it comes to running I?m a beginner, so I was a bit nervous to go in, but Tom didn?t make me feel intimidated by how little I knew (as I know some places can do!). Straight forward with his information and really took the time talking me through each pair of shoes/answering any questions, and gave me all the time I needed to try each one until I felt comfortable. As a sales advisor myself at a gym, I could see his knowledge and passion when assisting me, giving me all the details on each pair of shoes and guiding me to which pair would be best. Now I can?t wait to go for a run with the right shoes. I?ll definitely be back again should I need anything else!

This is the best place I?ve been to for checking my gate they did the service for me entirely free of charge so that i could find the right shoes for me, i got to test lots of shoes on here and see how it affected my run. They have a treadmill set up with camera views for your run/ feet. Its a fantastic place to come for running shoes!!! Love the experience and staff are fantastic very happy with my brooks! ??

Fantastic experience today! I?ve been running for a long time and only in various Nike shoes.. Decided to go in today to get some advice and the staff were great! They took a video of me running to check how I run then advised on loads of shoes based on the training I wanted them for! They also were doing 20% off so got the ones I wanted for even cheaper than I can find anywhere online this evening! Excellent me I?ll be back :)

Great running shop. Well stocked and has super helpful staff. Free gait analysis that?s very detailed. Tom was really knowledgeable and gave me the best gait analysis I?ve had and was much better than Runners Need. Tom waited patently whilst I tried on (and retried) 7 pairs of shoes. Went home a very happy customer and look forward to wearing the right size shoes that are a massive upgrade from my Nikes
