Came here for the first time a couple days ago and I had my balayage done by Shugufta. Considering the drastic change I took from box dyed red hair to blonde, my hair not only looks great but feels so healthy.The customer service here is exceptional, you?re so well taken care of by all staff. I cannot recommend enough.

Awful place. The customer service was non existent and they overcharge for no good reason without a decent job done. I would not recommend this salon at all.

I finally mastered my courage and decided to get my hair coloured for the first time ever. Shagufta was so thorough and lovely, she listened to what i wanted and the best way to achieve it. She understood all my requests and have to say she was the most loveliest person in the salon. She went up and beyond in my expectations. Thank you twisted salon xx

I can?t fault this place and the service attia and her team offer! Her warmth and wisdom is so palpable when you?re having your hair done. She knows so much and does wonders for hair!She knows exactly what suits you and tailors accordingly.Highly recommend!

A warm welcoming Salon! Very professional staff and exceeded beyond my expectations in the colour I wanted! I?ve had both Attiya and Shugufta do my hair and both are amazing at what they do. I was given really good advice and aftercare. They know exactly what suits you especially when it comes to Asian hair. I would highly recommend here and wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair.Service: Balayage

Went in for a protein keratin treatment, the results turned out amazing! My hair looks so healthy and lush. The hairdressers know exactly what they?re doing and do it very well. The service is lovely and they are super attentive. Such a warm and friendly atmosphere. Worth the experience, will definitely be coming back for follow up treatments. Extremely overpriced for the less than mediocre salon. There is no clear pricing structure. Instead, you're told the price will be given upon consultation. They literally have you over a barrel. The exact same treatment is literally half the price in city centre salons. I would not recommend this place.
